is a company dedicated for the business of content delivery by flash card. It is founded in 2007, with its headquarters located at Jubei City, Hsinchu, Taiwan.

It is believed that content delivery by flash card will become one of the two major ways of content delivery: network downloading, the on-line kind, and preloaded flash card, the off-line kind; these two kinds of content delivery are in co-opetition relation. As well, learning from the history of electronic media, such as magnetic tape, CD, etc., the largest sector of flash applications will be content delivery, rather than embedded flash or blank flash card.

In light of the vision of content delivery market, ConDel provides fully integrated products and services for both supply side, content owners, and demand side, electronic appliance manufacturers and distribution channels, including content licensing, flash card sourcing & manufacturing, content preloading, DRM (Digital Rights Management), and other software/hardware to facilitate content delivery and to help content owners to build their favorite business models, such as card reader, content preloader, public network downloading equipment, install once software, etc. In analogy to the publishing business, ConDel plays the role of high tech version of typesetting and printing house for content owners.

The technologies which ConDel developed or in the course of developing focuses upon: a). DRM, to enable content owners managing and designing their business mode, b). interfacing technologies, to make the contents preloaded are truly universal to all kinds of platforms, c). manufacturing technologies, to facilitate the content preloading become a genuine industrialized process, and d). network downloading exit technologies, to take advantage of and forming synergy with the booming of content delivery by network download.
